How it works
Two languages.
One natural conversation.
VoxaPulse adds a private interpretation layer to Google Meet. Everyone keeps speaking in their own language while translated voice and captions arrive on the other side.
Live captions · Private audio
The meeting flow
Ready in six clear steps.
No bots joining the call and no translated sound broadcast through your microphone.
- 01
Open the meeting
The organizer opens Google Meet, signs in to the VoxaPulse Chrome extension, and selects the active meeting tab.
- 02
Choose both languages
One language is assigned to the organizer side and one to the guest side. The same two-side structure works for individuals and groups.
- 03
Invite each side
VoxaPulse creates a separate link and six-digit code for each language group. Guests can join without creating an account.
- 04
Check and consent
Each participant joins the correct side, allows microphone and audio access, and explicitly consents before live processing begins.
- 05
Speak naturally
Every voice travels through its own participant-attributed route. VoxaPulse recognizes speech, translates complete phrases, and returns private audio and captions.
- 06
Finish with control
Stopping releases capture and closes the live translation route. Usage is finalized, and a transcript is saved only when the required participants agreed.
Choose your format
A private call or two full teams.
One-to-one
One participant joins each language side. Both people speak, read captions, and hear the other person translated privately.
- Guests join without an account
- One language per person
- Translation in both directions
Team conversation
The organizer shares separate invitations with two language groups. Every participant joins their side so voices remain attributable and correctly routed.
- One shared language per group
- Private same-side team audio
- Translated audio from the other side
Inside the private route
Your voice takes a deliberate path.
Google Meet remains the original call. VoxaPulse processes only the consented participant stream needed to create the translation.

You choose what you hear
Three listening modes.
One conversation.
Hear original voices from your own language group and translated speech from the other side.
Keep normal Google Meet audio and follow the translated conversation in text.
Focus on the private translated track, with an independent volume control.
Built around consent
Live by default.
Stored only by choice.
Raw meeting audio is not retained by VoxaPulse. Optional transcript storage requires the necessary participant consent and is normally limited to 30 days.
AI translation is not certified and can be wrong. Verify names, numbers, decisions, and other important details with the speaker or a qualified human interpreter.
