Consented transcripts
Saved transcripts require explicit consent and are retained for 30 days unless deleted sooner.
Operational evidence
Technical logs are retained for 30 days. Required financial and audit records are retained for seven years.
Data location
Primary service data is hosted in Hetzner FSN1 (Falkenstein, Germany). Contracted providers may process information in other locations as described in the Privacy Policy.
